CrossFit Endurance Programming Update

CrossFit Endurance is back in session.

You will find classes offered at both STL and ICE in the morning on Monday/Thursday, and at STL both days at 6:00 PM.  Saturday sessions will spread around so stay current on the Workout of the Day posts.

Speaking of workout of the day posts, you will find daily CrossFit Endurance programming on the posts.  On Monday/Thursday/Saturday, it will be the Endurance WOD post.  On Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday, it will be the "On your own" work for Runners and Multi-sport training.

In all cases, programming will be posted at CrossFit STL, with links from CrossFit ICE and XM to the workouts.  We will be training for the Go! Half and Full Marathon, and for multi-sport enthusiasts, or CrossFitters looking for their first Triathlon experience, we will be training for Trizou in Columbia, MO; the Quartermax in Innsbrook, MO; and the Racine 70.3 Ironman in Racine Wisconsin.  Come join the fun!
